Envision sails Thursday through Sunday, so the charter days are Saturday the 13th and Sunday the 14th, then Thursday the 18th through race day, Sunday the 21st.

Can we see the race from the yacht?

No. The speedway is inland and Envision cruises the Halifax River. A charter is time with your group around the race: before it, after it, or on the days between.

Can a company host clients aboard during race week?

Race week, your own way

The Daytona 500 brings the whole racing world to town. Between the track days there is time to spend, and Envision is a private place to spend it. She is a 110-foot Broward motor yacht, and when you book her she is yours alone: friends who travel to the 500 every year, family, or clients you are hosting for the race.

There are three levels aboard: a bright salon and dining room inside, a covered aft deck for the table, and the open flybridge with a bar, a yacht tub and lounge seating. A licensed captain and crew run the yacht, so your group spends the time on the water, not on logistics.

Charter days during Speedweeks 2027

Speedweeks opens with the Clash on Saturday night, February 13, and ends with the 69th Daytona 500 on Sunday, February 21. Envision sails Thursday through Sunday, which gives six charter days across the two weekends: the 13th and 14th, then the 18th through the 21st.

Every length is priced for the whole yacht, from two hours up to eight, and the full price list is on one page. February evenings on the river can be cool, so bring a layer; the salon is fully indoors.

Hosting clients during race week

For a company in town for the 500, the yacht is a private room with a view: up to 13 guests, nobody else aboard, food and drinks of your choosing, and a crew looking after the details. On the river

Envision boards at Loggerhead Marina at Caribbean Jack's and cruises the Halifax River, the sheltered stretch of the Intracoastal Waterway between the mainland and the beach. The captain can head north toward Ormond Beach or south toward Ponce Inlet and its lighthouse. Roads near the speedway are busy all week, so leave extra time to reach the marina and plan to arrive 15 minutes before departure.
