Question 1

How do I book a charter?

Accepted Answer

The fastest way is to call or text us at (386) 227-7338. We'll check your date, answer your questions, and hold your date right on the phone. You can also book online anytime.

Question 2

Where does Envision depart from?

Accepted Answer

Envision departs from Loggerhead Marina in Daytona Beach, located at Caribbean Jack's. Meet at the marina office and you'll be escorted to your mega yacht, where the crew will be waiting to welcome you aboard.

Question 3

How many guests can come aboard?

Accepted Answer

You plus up to 12 of your guests — 13 people total aboard for your experience.

Question 4

How long are experiences?

Accepted Answer

With the sheer size of Envision, it takes a minimum of two hours to truly appreciate her — and experiences run all the way up to a full eight-hour cruise. Have something else in mind? We may be able to accommodate you.

Question 5

What is a yacht tub?

Accepted Answer

Smaller than a pool, better than a hot tub. A traditional hot tub runs around 104 degrees — the yacht tub is a warm, refreshing tub on the upper deck of your mega yacht, made for cooling off in the Florida sun.

Question 6

What should we bring?

Accepted Answer

Sunscreen — and if you plan on spending time in the yacht tub, a bathing suit and a change of clothes. Towels are provided. And bring a great attitude.

Question 7

Can we bring food?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. You're welcome to bring your own food, and some cruises offer snacks, appetizers, or even a full meal if you prefer.

Question 8

Can we bring alcohol?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely — you can bring your own alcohol. There are refrigerators and ice machines on board to keep your beverages cold.

Question 9

Is catering available?

Accepted Answer

Yes — a fully catered meal prepared by a luxury chef is available. Inquire when you book.

Question 10

What happens if there is bad weather?

Accepted Answer

The beauty of Envision is her full salon and indoor dining area with panoramic views — whatever the weather, you'll still enjoy your cruise. Florida's afternoon showers typically move through quickly, and most of the time we can simply cruise north or south out of a storm. Weather may delay a departure, but it does not cancel a charter. If the captain decides Envision cannot sail safely, or there is a mechanical issue, you receive a refund or a credit.

Question 11

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Half of the charter price is due when you book, and the balance is due 48 hours before your charter. Cancel 14 or more days ahead for a full refund, or 7 to 14 days ahead for a 50% refund. Cancellations inside 7 days are not refunded, and bookings made within 7 days of the charter are paid in full and non-refundable.

Question 12

Are children allowed?

Accepted Answer

Yes, children are welcome aboard. Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times and will not have access to any part of the yacht without their chaperone.

Question 13

Can we decorate for an event?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely — we encourage it, with two exceptions: no balloons and no confetti. Where possible we'll allow extra time for setup and teardown; otherwise you're welcome to decorate during your event. Planning a surprise party or a proposal? Reach out as early as possible — your secret stays safe with us, and the surprise stays a surprise as they board.

Question 14

Is smoking allowed on board?

Accepted Answer

No. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere aboard Envision.

Question 15

Is gratuity included?

Accepted Answer

Gratuity is not included. It is deeply appreciated by the crew, who work long hours to deliver white-glove service.

Question 16

Is parking available?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Caribbean Jack's and Loggerhead Marina offer plenty of parking plus several overflow lots. All of your guests will have safe, secure parking.
