One price for the whole yacht
Charter prices.
Envision is priced by the hour for the entire yacht, not by the guest. Here is what each length costs and what it includes.
Private yacht charter prices in Daytona Beach
A charter aboard Envision starts at $1,950 for two hours. That price covers the whole 110-foot yacht, the captain and crew, and up to 13 guests. Longer charters are priced at the same rate per hour, so a four-hour charter is $3,900 and a full eight-hour day is $7,800. There is no separate charge for the number of people aboard, up to the limit of thirteen.
| Charter length | Price | What it suits |
|---|---|---|
| Two hours | $1,950 | The place to start. Enough time to see the river, the inlet and the sunset. |
| Four hours | $3,900 | A half day. Room for a meal aboard and a slower pace. |
| Six hours | $5,850 | Most of a day on the water with time to anchor and swim. |
| Eight hours | $7,800 | The full day. Daytona from end to end. |
Prices are for the whole yacht and up to 13 guests. Gratuity for the crew is not included. Food and drinks are yours to bring.
What the price includes
The yacht is yours for the time you book. That means the salon and dining room inside, the covered aft deck, the open flybridge with its bar and hot tub, and the bow seating up front. A licensed captain and crew run the yacht and look after your group. Fuel for the route is included, and the route itself is planned around your occasion: the Halifax River and Intracoastal in both directions, Ponce Inlet to the south, and the sunset wherever it is best that evening.
Bring your own food and drinks, or a caterer of your choice. Refrigerators and ice are aboard. Envision does not hold a liquor license and does not sell alcohol, so guests who are 21 or older bring their own. If you would like a chef aboard, ask when you book and we will arrange it for a separate, agreed price.
Deposit, balance and refunds
Half of the charter price reserves your date. The balance is due 48 hours before you sail. If you book within seven days of your charter, the full price is due at booking.
Cancel 14 or more days ahead and the full amount comes back to you. Between 7 and 14 days ahead, half is refunded. Inside seven days the charter is non-refundable. Weather can delay a departure but does not cancel one; the yacht has indoor space and the captain can adjust the route. If the captain decides Envision cannot sail safely, or the yacht has a mechanical problem, you receive a refund or a credit toward another date. The complete policy is on our terms page.
How the price compares
Shared boat trips in Daytona sell seats; you share the boat with whoever else bought one. Small rental boats put you at the helm, with the boat's size and no crew. A private charter aboard Envision is a different thing: a 110-foot yacht with a captain and crew, reserved for your group alone. For a group of ten or twelve, the two-hour price works out close to what the same group would spend on a good dinner out, with the whole yacht instead of a table.
Questions about pricing
- Is the price for the whole yacht or for each guest?
- For the whole yacht. Every charter is private, so the price is the same whether you bring two guests or thirteen. Thirteen is the most the yacht can carry.
- What is included in the price?
- The entire yacht, the captain and crew, fuel for the route, and the use of every deck: the salon, the aft deck, the flybridge bar, the hot tub and the bow seating. Refrigerators and ice are aboard for what you bring.
- What is not included?
- Food and drinks, which you bring yourself, and the crew's gratuity, which is at your discretion. Envision does not sell alcohol; guests 21 and over are welcome to bring their own. A chef-prepared meal can be arranged in advance at a separate cost.
- How does payment work?
- Half of the charter price reserves your date. The balance is due 48 hours before you sail. Charters booked within seven days of the date are paid in full at booking.
- What if we need to cancel?
- Cancel 14 or more days before your charter for a full refund, or 7 to 14 days before for a 50% refund. Inside seven days the charter is non-refundable. Weather delays a departure but does not cancel it; if the captain decides the yacht cannot sail safely, you receive a refund or a credit. The full policy is on the terms page.
- Can we book longer than eight hours, or on a weekday?
- Envision sails Thursday through Sunday, and eight hours is the longest charter we list. If your plans fall outside that, call us. Some requests can be arranged.
