The essentials of booking and boarding Envision.
Envision experiences are private charters. A standard booking covers a two-hour experience aboard Envision for your group of up to 13 guests, at the price shown at the time of booking. Your booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from our reservation system.
Envision departs from Loggerhead Marina in Daytona Beach, located at Caribbean Jack's. Please arrive at the marina office at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure so the crew can escort you aboard. Departures cannot be held for late arrivals, and missed departures are treated as no-shows.
Half of the charter price is due when you book. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your charter. Bookings made within 7 days of the charter date are paid in full at the time of booking.
If you cancel 14 or more days before your charter, you receive a full refund. If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before your charter, you receive a refund of 50% of the charter price. Cancellations made within 7 days of the charter are not refunded. Bookings made within 7 days of the charter date are non-refundable. No-shows are not refunded.
The captain has sole discretion over whether, where, and when Envision sails. Most Florida weather passes quickly, and charters typically proceed using Envision's indoor spaces, an adjusted route, or a delayed departure. Weather may delay a departure but does not cancel a charter. If the captain determines that Envision cannot sail safely, or the vessel has a mechanical issue that prevents the charter, you will receive a refund or a credit toward a future date.
All guests must follow crew instructions at all times. Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult and may not access any part of the yacht without their chaperone. The captain may end an experience without refund if guest behavior endangers the vessel, crew, or guests. Guests are responsible for damage they cause to the vessel or its furnishings.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere aboard. Balloons and confetti are not permitted. Other decorations are welcome; tell us your plans when you book.
You are welcome to bring food and alcoholic beverages aboard. Alcohol may be consumed only by guests 21 or older. The crew may limit alcohol service to any guest at their discretion.
Gratuity is not included in the charter price and is appreciated by the crew.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Envision Signature Collection LLC's total liability in connection with your booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. Boating involves inherent risks; guests board and participate at their own risk and agree to sign any waiver required before departure.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
